Bossbots are one of the four types of Cogs. Their headquarters, Bossbot Headquarters, is located next to Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres. Their symbol is faded brown striped tie, symbolizing that they are on the top of the Cog corporate ladder.

The Chief Executive Officer, commonly abbreviated as the C.E.O., is the Cog Boss of the Bossbots. He is located within the Bossbot Clubhouse in Bossbot Headquarters. Toons can go in (with a Bossbot Cog Suit and enough Stock Options) and try to defeat him; if they do, they will be awarded Pink Slips.

Trivia
- In Toontown Rewritten, a Level 1 Flunky is the first Cog to be introduced in the game in the Toon-torial.
- There is another passage into Bossbot Headquarters. To activate, you must go to a cluster of three trees in Chip 'n Dale's MiniGolf and use the Resistance Salute.
- Despite being the highest type on the Cog corporate ladder, two of the Bossbots are also the two weakest Cogs in the game; Flunky and Yesman.
- No Bossbot, with the exception of Yesman, can use a group attack.
- Bossbots have both the smallest and the biggest Cog types, those being the Micromanager and the Corporate Raider respectively.
