The District Attorney's Office is a facility located in Lawbot Headquarters. The entrance is to the right of the Lawbot Courtyard. Inside the office, clerks are hard at work issuing Jury Notices to other Cogs. Toons are asked to sneak into the District Attorney's Office and recover Jury Notices without being detected by security goons, searchlights, and Virtual Skelecogs. The boss of this facility is the District Attorney's Clerk, a level 12 Skelecog.
Office A is a three-floor office, with lower amounts of Cogs, cameras, and puzzles than the other three. The elevator is located to the far left in the lobby. There is no minimum laff requirement for this office. It will reward 489 Jury Notices upon completion.
Office B is a medium length office, with four floors and a moderate amount of Cogs and obstacles. The elevator is located in the middle-left of the row of elevators in the lobby. Office B has a minimum laff requirement of 81 laff points. This office will reward 794 Jury Notices upon completion. The moderate amount of Jury Notices makes it popular for earning promotions on suits like Back Stabbers.
Office C is a more challenging office than Offices A and B, with five floors and a large amount of obstacles, puzzles, cameras, and Cogs. Its elevator is located in the middle-right of the row of elevators in the lobby. Office C has a minimum laff requirement of 86 laff points. This office will reward 1145 Jury Notices upon completion. This office is rarely used due to the fact that it is substituted for by the other ones.
Office D is six floors long and the lengthiest type of DA office, with many obstacles and Cogs. The elevator is located to the far right in the lobby. Office D has a minimum laff requirement of 96 laff points. This office will reward 1542 Jury Notices upon completion. This office is mostly used for when a Toon has a large amount of Jury Notices to obtain (e.g. Big Wig disguises).
- Spin Doctor: A rare Cog in the DAs Office. Spin Doctors only appear in Skelecog form as part of the first battle on a floor, or as a Virtual Skelecog in the laser puzzle traps.
- Legal Eagle: Very common. Legal Eagles can appear in any battle in the DAs Office
- Big Wig: Very common. Big Wigs are guaranteed to appear at least once in every floor as the Skelecog in the final battle. Like Legal Eagles, they have a chance of appearing in any battle.
- District Attorney's Clerk: The boss of the DAs Office. They always spawn as a level 12 Big Wig Skelecog at the end of the final floor in an Office.
Rooms and Obstacles
In the District Attorney's Office, there are four different puzzles. These can be found in some rooms, and there are always two in the same room. When a puzzle is completed, one of the Hands on the door will unlock. When both are completed, the door can be accessed. Virtual Skelecogs, red, holographic versions of regular Skelecogs projected from the same projector as the puzzles will be awakened if a Toon steps on a skull. Once awakened, they will attack, and must be defeated in order to continue. Defeating them opens one of the locks, just as the switch would.
Giant goons (also known as security goons) patrol several of the rooms. While difficult, Toons can disable them by jumping on their thighs. Camera searchlights stationed around the offices will move in a random pattern within a fixated area. If detected by the searchlight, Toons lose 8 laff. Stompers can also be found throughout an office, which can deduct -10 laff. Occasionally, the rooms with obstacles are randomized, from alleyways with stompers and cameras to random gag barrels (similar to Mints) protected by searchlights.
Through the office are rooms with puzzles, whose exit is blocked, and it is required to solve the puzzles in them in order to continue the game. There are two possible puzzle rooms: the diamond room and the octagon room, each containing two different puzzles. Successfully solving both puzzles unlocks the door to the next room and gives the team a 5-10 Toon-Up, but failing in any of them activates the Virtual Skelecogs, which do not count toward gag experience, Jury Notice progress, or ToonTasks of the Toon(s) that battle them. If a Toon activates the Virtual Skelecogs by failing the puzzle, that Toon will always be standing in the middle-right position during the battle, if there are four Toons. There are four different possible puzzles (a given room can have the same puzzle twice), and are listed below:
Avoid the Skulls
The puzzle is played on a 7×7-tiled board, where each tile can contain a small square, a skull, or be empty. Every few seconds, all tiles in the board are updated. Tiles with skulls are blanked, squares on tiles are replaced with skulls, and each empty tile has a probability of containing a square or remaining blank. The goal is to reach to other side of the board, without touching any skulls. Failing the game activates the Virtual Skelecogs.
This is similar to a game a called minesweeper. The puzzle is played on a 7×7-tiled board, where each tile is a square with a hidden content. Below each tile is either a skull or a number, and stepping on a tile reveals its content. The game starts by uncovering some or all of the tiles in the first row, which always contain numbers. Then, the player needs to create a safe path to the other side of the maze, by uncovering tiles, and then step on the button on the other side. Each tile with a number tells how many nearby tiles contain skulls, and touching a tile with a skull activates the Virtual Skelecogs. Stepping on a skull happens the most on this game due to how sometimes you may have to guess.
Drag 3 in a Row
In this puzzle, which is played on a 6×6 board, there are 12 colored tiles: four containing a green triangle, four contain a blue rhombus, and four others containing a red X. The first row of the puzzle is always empty by default, and the last row skulls, where touching them activates the Virtual Skelecogs. A colored tile can be dragged by stepping on it and walking somewhere else, and will stop following the player if they leave the board's area, or when walking on top of a different tile. All tiles of the same type disappear when fitting at least three tiles with the same content in a straight line (but not diagonally). Once all tiles have disappeared, the skulls' row would also disappear, and the button on the other side of the board is automatically pressed.
The puzzle is played on a 5× grid. The last row of the puzzle contains skulls, and the othet tiles contain either a red or a green square. Stepping on a tile changes its color, and the goal is to match the colors of all tiles (either green or red, as long the tiling is consistent).
The boss of the offices is the District Attorney's Clerk, a level 12 Big Wig Skelecog. At the end of the office, you will battle the Clerk along with his three assistants, all of which are level 11. Defeating the Clerk and the other three Cogs will reward all Toons with gag experience and Jury Notices.
Like a Cog Building, each of the four offices have special gag experience multipliers on each floor/round. Office A has 3 floors, Office B has 4, Office C has 5, and Office D has 6. Each floor has a different multiplier, which increases as you progress to a higher floor.

- In the bookshelf room at the end of each floor is a picture frame. The picture inside this frame is actually a crop of the Back Stabber's trading card from Toontown Online's season 3 pack.
- Like the Cashbot Mint before it, the District Attorney's Office has reused rooms from the Sellbot Factory with new textures and objects. This would be the last facility to feature this trend, as the Cog Golf Courses had unique models made for them.
- The bookshelf room mentioned above is actually a re-textured version of the Oil Room from the factory. The same room is also re-textured for one of the Supervisor rooms in the mint.
