Evil Eye is a Cog attack that can be performed by Two-Faces, Corporate Raiders, and Legal Eagles.

Animation

1. The attacking cog leans forward and stares at its targeted Toon.
2. A giant pinkish eye appears in front of the Cog's head.
3. The eye flies towards the Toon.
   • If the attack hits: The toon cringes back as the eye hits him/her.
   • If the attack missed: The Toon dodges out of the way, avoiding being hit by the eye.
