"Time is ticking."
As the clock continues ticking, things may start to become irrelevant within Toontown Rewritten. This page seems to have information on outdated content.
The PlayTime was a system that allowed people to schedule a time to play Toontown Rewritten during its Semi-Open Beta stage. Anyone was able to select a time slot in order to play, it was an alternative to the PlayLine, which was a systematic queue. The slots were distributed over hourly periods per day, and the amount of slots available per hour was 200 during the later stages of Semi-Open Beta, this was significantly more than earlier stages.
- In its inception period, people reported being unable to get onto the game, resulting in PlayTime slots running out without people actually being to use this time to play. This was due to a combination of server errors and a problem with the launcher.
- For the most part, slots were taken up as quickly as they appeared. Many of the slots were taken, therefore each attempt to get a slot resulted in the page saying that the slot is "Completely Full".
- On August 17, 2014 the slots increased from 150 to 200.
- The PlayTime was withdrawn on September 19, 2014 at 2PM (PDT).
