Rocky is an NPC cat Toon who is a member of the Toon Resistance. He first appeared in Sellbot Headquarters during Operation: Storm Sellbot Headquarters then later made another appearance in Cashbot Headquarters during Operation: Crash Cashbot Headquarters.
